We have a 30-day return policy. No questions asked! 

To start a return, you can chat us or contact us at hello@drink-proso.com. Please provide your order # and a real human will provide instructions on how to return your item. Let us know how we can make it right (refund, exchange, an apology haiku, etc). 

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to return to its original payment and let us know if it has been longer!
